Request for Applications. This is a document sent out to the medical research community to inform them that funding will be made available in the form of grants to researchers interested in conducting research in a specific area. The interested researcher then submits a detailed application to the grant review committee. Each year the ICA requests that the NIH/NIDDK issue an RFA to researchers interested in pursuing IC research funding.

He may sign an "Offer Sheet" with any other team, but his original team has seven days to match any offer he receives. If the original team does not match the offer, compensation will be awarded in the form of draft picks from the signing team.
