| 설명 | 국한성인 불쾌 또는 고통스러운 감각. 생체에 침해적인 자극이 가해졌을 때 생기는 통각은 상황, 과거의 경험, 심리적인 요인에 의해 변화한다. 특징으로서 순응이 어려울 정도로 다양한 생체반응을 일으킨다. 통각은 몸통증과 내장통증으로 분류되며, 몸통증은 다시 얕은 통증과 깊은 통증으로 나뉜다. 얕은 통증은 피부나 점막의 통각으로 통점으로서 존재하며, 깊은 통증은 근육, 뼈막, 관절통이다. 통증수용기는 자유신경 종말이다. 통증 정보를 전달하는 신경섬유는 Aδ와 C인데 Aδ섬유는 빠른 통증(일차통증)을 전달하고, C섬유는 느린 통증(이차통증)을 전달한다. 통각에는 상위중추에서 하행섬유에 가하는 하행억제가 존재하여, 통각이 상위중추로 전달되는 것을 조절하고 있다. |

| breast cancer susceptibility genes | Inherited factors that predispose to breast cancer. Put otherwise, these genes make one more susceptible to the disease and so increase the risk of developing breast cancer. Two of these genes, BRCA1 and BRCA2, have been identified (and prominently publicised). Several other genes (those for the Li-Fraumeni syndrome, Cowden disease, Muir-Torre syndrome, and ataxia-telangiectasia) are also known to predispose to breast cancer. However, since all of these known breast cancer susceptibility genes together do not account for more than a minor fraction (1/5th at most) of breast cancer that clusters in families, it is clear that more breast cancer genes remain to be discovered. | breast neoplasms, male | Any neoplasms of the male breast. These occur infrequently in males in developed countries, the incidence being about 1% of that in females. Two-thirds of patients present with intraductal carcinoma. The average age of onset is 60 years for men. Orchiectomy was the standard treatment but it has been replaced by tamoxifen as the initial therapy since oestrogen-receptor-positive tumours are predominant in males.
