| Lhermitte's sign |
Occurs on neck flexion and implies spinal cord compression or other abnormality. Patient experiences a sensation like an electric shock in the limbs. Most common in cervical myelopathy due to stenosis resulting from degenerative change and demyelination (multiple sclerosis).
