| 설명 | 사람이 살아있는 상태에서 병터를 잘라내어 직접 현미경 등으로 보아 진단을 내리는 진단법이다. 간생검은 주로 간염이나 간암의 진단이나, 희귀한 유전병, 선천병 등의 확진에 이용된다. 간염에서는 현재의 간염이 진행성인지 혹은 비진행성인지 또는 이미 간경화상태로 넘어갔는지 등의 여부를 알아보게 된다. |
