| 설명 | 사지나 몸통의 운동기능에 두드러진 지속적 장애가 있는 아동. 다만 지능의 장애가 주요원인이고 거기에 따른 운동기능장애가 있을 때는 포함되지 않는다. 원인이 되는 병은 뇌성마비, 소아마비, 척추갈림증, 뼈관절의 염증, 그밖에 각종 선천기형이나 외상 등이다. 이들 지체부자유아의 대부분은 적절한 의료에 의해서 재활이 가능하다. |
