CTP is a process where we can take your computer file and output it directly onto a printing plate. At Design & Print, Inc. we use an Itek DPM2000 CTP system to digitally create printing plates for our presses. Our printing is cleaner and sharper with this plate system than with the old fashioned method of outputting a film negative and contact printing the image onto a metal plate. Computer to plate saves our customers time and money.
