| 설명 | 신체를 싸고 있는 바깥층으로서 표피, 진피, 피하조직으로 구성되며, 외부 환경으로부터 신체를 보호하고 체온을 조절하는 기능을 가짐. 1.표피: 피부의 가장 바깥층으로서 외배엽에서 기원하며 각질이라는 구조 단백질을 생산하는 기능을 가짐. 4가지의 세포가 있는데, 각질세포, 멜라닌세포, Langerhans 세포, 부정형 세포, Merkel세포가 있다. 표피에는 이 4가지 세포외에 다음과 같은 표피 부속기가 있다. 에크린 땀샘(eccrine sweat gland): 점막 피부 경계 부위 등 특수한 부위를 제외한 모든 피부에서 발견되며 땀을 분비하는 샘으로서 신체 열 조절 체계의 중요한 요소. 아포크린샘(apocrine gland): 겨드랑이, 젖꽃판, 항문 생식기 부위, 외이도, 눈꺼풀 등에서만 발견되며 분비물의 기능은 잘 알려져 있지 않으나 동물에서는 방어 및 성적 기능이 있음. 털주머니(hair follicle): 손바닥, 발바닥 등 특수 부위를 제외한 신체 전 부위에 분포하며 인간에서 중요한 생리적 기능은 없으나 성적 매력을 지니는 신체 장식의 기능을 가짐. 기름샘(sebaceous gland): 손바닥과 발바닥을 제외한 전 피부에 분포하며 분비물을 기름(sebum)라 부름. 남성 호르몬의 자극에 의해 성장하며 생리적 기능은 잘 알려져 있지 않음. 손발톱(nail) 2. 진피: 표피 아래에 존재하는 중배엽 기원의 조직으로서 혈관, 림프관, 신경, 근육, 표피 부속기 등을 포함하고 있음. 표피 바로 밑의 부위를 유두 진피라 하고 아래층을 망상 진피라 한다. 조직 섬유에는 아교질 섬유, 그물 섬유, 탄력 섬유의 세 종류가 있다. 3. 피하 조직: 진피 아래에 존재하며 중배엽 기원으로서 보온 작용, 충격 흡수 작용, 영양 저장 작용의 기능이 있다. |
