| 설명 | 심장박동이 정지해서 심장이 혈액을 방출할 수 없게된 상태를 말한다. 모든 심근이 수축하지 않고 심장이 완전히 정지된 상태의 ‘심장정지’와 심근이 불규칙-무질서한 수축을 하지만, 박동으로서 혈액은 말초로 방출할 수 없는 상태의 ‘심실잔떨림’이 있다. 임상적으로는 뇌가 비가역적인 변화를 받는 순환기능상실을 심장정지라고 부르고 있다. |
