coronary artery disease
the narrowing of the coronary arteries sufficiently to prevent adequate blood supply to the heart muscle; usually caused by atherosclerosis, and may progress to the point where the heart muscle is damaged due to lack of blood supply; heart disease (ischemia, infarction, arrhythmias, etc.) is due to obstruction of blood flow in the coronary arteries, the main suppliers of oxygen-and nutrient-rich blood to the heart muscle (also called coronary heart disease)

corona
A luminous discharge due to ionization of the gas surrounding a conductor around which exists a voltage gradient exceeding a certain critical value. A type of discharge sometimes visible in the dielectric of an insulation system caused by an electric field and characterized by the rapid development of an ionized channel which does not completely bridge the electrode. May be continuous or intermittent. Not a materials property, but related to the system, including electrodes.

coronary sinus
The left common cardinal (coronary sinus) lies in the body wall anteriorly, then crosses the septum transversum and enters the sinus venosus farther forward than the right common cardinal. The sinus enters the right atrium through the sinoatrial canal. The atrioventricular canal can be distinguished by the presence of the endocardial cushion.
