The seller bears the risks and costs-including duties, taxes, and other charges-of delivering the goods to this point, cleared for importation. Costs and risks after entry are negotiable. Also known as "Free Domicile." Documents required: transaction, usual transport and/or warehouse, and required export and import regulatory documents.
