  • Lymphomatoid Papulosis - »õâ Clinically benign, histologically malignant, recurrent cutaneous eruption characterized by an infiltration of large atypical cells surrounded by inflammatory cells. The atypical cells resemble Reed-Sternberg cells of Hodgkin's disease or the malignant cells of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. In some cases, lymphomatoid papulosis progresses to lymphomatous conditions including mycosis fungoides, Hodgkin's disease, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, or Ki-1 lymphoma.
Synonyms : Lymphomatoid Papuloses, Papuloses, Lymphomatoid, Papulosis, Lymphomatoid
  • Lymphopenia - »õâ Reduction in the number of lymphocytes.
    Synonyms : Lymphocytopenias, Lymphopenias
  • Lymphopoiesis - »õâ Formation of LYMPHOCYTES and PLASMA CELLS from the lymphoid stem cells which develop from the pluripotent HEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELLS in the BONE MARROW. These lymphoid stem cells differentiate into T-LYMPHOCYTES; B-LYMPHOCYTES; PLASMA CELLS; or NK-cells (KILLER CELLS, NATURAL) depending on the organ or tissues (LYMPHOID TISSUE) to which they migrate.
    Synonyms :
  • Lymphoproliferative Disorders - »õâ Disorders characterized by proliferation of lymphoid tissue, general or unspecified.
Synonyms : X-Linked Lymphoproliferative Disorder, Disorder, Lymphoproliferative, Disorder, X-Linked Lymphoproliferative, Disorders, Lymphoproliferative, Disorders, X-Linked Lymphoproliferative, Duncan Syndrome, Duncans Syndrome, Lymphoproliferative Disorder
  • Lymphotoxin alpha1, beta2 Heterotrimer - »õâ A heterotrimer complex consisting of one molecule of LYMPHOTOXIN-ALPHA and two molecules of the LYMPHOTOXIN-BETA. It is anchored to the cell surface via the transmembrane domains of the lymphotoxin-beta component and has specificity for the LYMPHOTOXIN BETA RECEPTOR. The lymphotoxin alpha1, beta2 heterotrimer plays a role in regulating lymphoid ORGANOGENESIS and the differentiation of certain subsets of NATURAL KILLER CELLS.
Synonyms : Lymphotoxin alpha1beta2, Lymphotoxin alphabeta, Lymphotoxin alphabeta Heterotrimer, Heterotrimer, Lymphotoxin alphabeta, alpha1beta2, Lymphotoxin, alphabeta Heterotrimer, Lymphotoxin
