Antonym=Fixed Oil or Fatty Oil. Example: Peppermint oil is an essential or volatile oil that is obtained by steam distillation from Peppermint leaf and is easily evaporated, while Olive oil is a fixed or fatty oil that is obtained by pressing the Olive fruit and does not evaporate.
