Arthroplasty - Reconstructive surgery of a joint or joints to restore motion because of ankylosis or trauma or to prevent excessive motion. Asteonecrosis- Death of bone tissue. Atrophy - Reduction in size of an anatomic structure, frequently related to disuse or decreased blood supply.
