Premises used for the purpose of administrative and clerical work, handling money, telephone and telegraph operating and the operation of computers. Such uses now fall within Class B1 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987. Offices used for the provision of financial and professional services such as estate agents and solicitors where the services are provided principally to visiting members of the public, now fall within Class A2 of the same order.
