Individual Action Plan/Profile. A document used with the overall evaluation of full-time faculty looking at the duties of their job over a two year cycle. Faculty should be aware of the entire evaluation process, of which the IAP is one part, by reading the Faculty Evaluation Process document that is available on the DCCCD web site under Human Resources. The document is also available from the division dean and the Faculty Association President.
