| 설명 | 1.상대정맥(superior vena cava). 머리속, 위탈, 가슴정맥의 혈액을 받아 두개의 팔머리정맥(cephalic vein)의 융합에 의해 시작되며 직접 하강해 우심방으로 열린다. 2.하대정맥(inferior vena cava). 다리, 골반 및 복부내장의 정맥의 혈액을 받아 두개의 온엉덩정맥(common iliac vein)이 제5허리뼈 높이에서 융합해 시작되며, 대동맥 우측을 상행하여 우심방으로 열린다.  |

| arteria pulmonalis dextra | <anatomy, artery> The longer of the two terminal branches of the pulmonary trunk, it passes transversely across the mediastinum passing inferior to the aortic arch to enter the hilum of the right lung. Branches are distributed with the bronchi; frequent variations occurs.
