| 설명 | 콩팥에서 시작하여 외요도구에 끝나는 요로에 생기는 결석. 요로결석이라고도 한다. 콩팥결석-요관결석-방광결석-요도결석 등의 총칭이다. 요도결석이 요도 전립샘부에 있을 경우, 진정한 전립샘결석은 아니지만 전립샘결석이라고 하는 경우가 있다. 요석의 대부분은 콩팥에서 원발하여 콩팥 내에 머물러 증세를 나타내며 콩팥결석, 그것이 요관-방광-요도로 내려와서 각각의 결석이 된다. 따라서 콩팥결석은 원발성이지만, 그 밖의 것은 대부분 속발성이다. 전에는 방광결석이 요결석의 대표적인 것이었으나 현재는 상부요결석, 특히 요관결석이 가장 많다. |
