this means an operation to repair a damaged segment of urethra. Urethroplasty operations vary in complexity depending on the site of the damage. The easiest injuries to repair are when the damage is in the part of the penis by the scrotum because at this point it is relatively easy to get at the damaged area. The most difficult injuries to repair are when the stricture is near the prostate deep inside the pelvis particular after a fractured pelvis injury.
