| 설명 | 1. 어떤 약물이나 자극에 대하여 과잉반응을 나타내는 방향으로 반응성이 변화한 상태. 과민성 반응은 면역반응에 의하여 생기는 병적 과정으로, 즉시형반응과 지연형반응으로 분류된다. 또한 다음의 4형으로 분류되기도 한다. I형은 즉시형 과민성 반응(예컨대 anaphylaxis). II형은 조직항원에 대한 항체에 의하여 생기는 손상(예컨대 콩팥독성 콩팥염). III형은 항원항체복합물, 특히 약간의 항원의 과잉에 의하여 형성되는 용해성 복합물에 의하여 생기는 것(예컨대 아르투스 반응이나 혈청병). IV형은 지연형 과미성 반응(예컨대 접촉성 피부병)이다. 2. 감각이나 감정이 지나치게 예민함. |

| type III hypersensitivity reaction | An immunologic category of diseases evoked by the deposition of antigen-antibody or antigen-antibody-complement complexes on cell surfaces, with subsequent involvement of breakdown products of complement, platelets, and polymorphonuclear leukocytes, and development of vasculitis; nephritis is common. Arthus phenomenon and serum sickness are classic examples, but many other disorders, including most of the connective tissue disease's, may belong in this immunologic category; immune complex disease's can also occur during a variety of disease's of known aetiology, such as subacute bacterial endocarditis. | glycogen storage disease type III | <disease> An autosomal recessive metabolic disorder due to deficient expression of amylo-1,6-glucosidase (one part of the glycogen debranching enzyme system). The clinical course of the disease is similar to that of glycogen storage disease type I, but milder. Massive hepatomegaly, which is present in young children, diminishes and occasionally disappears with age. Levels of glycogen with short outer branches are elevated in muscle, liver, and erythrocytes. Six subgroups have been identified, with subgroups type IIIa and type IIIb being the most prevalent. | deoxyribonucleases, type III site-specific | <enzyme> Enzyme systems composed of two subunits and requiring ATP and magnesium for endonucleolytic activity; they do not function as atpases. They exist as complexes with modification methylases of similar specificity. The systems recognise specific short DNA sequences and cleave a short distance, about 24 to 27 bases, away from the recognition sequence to give specific double-stranded fragments with terminal 5'-phosphates. | type III familial hyperlipoproteinaemia | Hyperlipoproteinaemia characterised by increased plasma levels of LDL, beta-lipoproteins, pre-beta-lipoproteins, cholesterol, phospholipids, and triglycerides; hypertriglyceridemia induced by a high carbohydrate diet, and glucose tolerance is abnormal; frequent eruptive xanthomas and atheromatosis, particularly coronary artery disease; biochemical defect lies in apolipoproteins; there are many varieties. | type III hyperlipoproteinaemia | <biochemistry> An inherited disorder (gene defect) where both cholesterol and triglycerides are elevated in the same patient.
