| 설명 | 매독에 감염되었을 경우에 최초로 나타나는 특징적인 병변. 매독균에 감염이 되고 난 뒤 약 3주후에 나타나며, 주로 성기부위의 궤양형태로 나타나며 궤양의 부위는 다른 주위와 구분이 뚜렷하며 대개 무통성인 경우가 많다. 또 발생한 후 약 5일이 지나면 저절로 나아 없어진다. 옛 용어: 경성하감 |
