| 설명 | 남자에서 호발하며 오른쪽 발에 호발하는 앞발부의 모음(forefoot adduction), 뒷발부의 안쪽돌림(hindfoot varus), 발목관절의 말발꿈치(ankle equinus)를 특징으로 하는 선천기형 등이 있다. 이상을 종합하면 생긴 모양이 마치 골프채의 끝모양과 같이 생겼음. 선행원인이 없는 특발성과 척추갈림증 등의 선천적 원인이 있는 속발성으로 구분한다. 6개월 이내에는 비수술적 방법으로 치료하며 그 이후에는 수술적 방법을 사용한다. |
