| 설명 | 50세 이상의 남성에 빈발하는 병으로 전립샘의 요도 주위 영역에 큰결절을 형성하여, 이것이 커지면 요도를 압박하여 부분적 혹은 완전한 요도폐색을 일으키는 병이다. 증상은 요도폐색에 따른 소변의 감소와 방광자극증상으로 빈뇨, 잔뇨감, 소변을 참을 수 없는 증상 등이다. 치료는 경요도 전립샘 적출술로 전립선의 비대한 부분을 절제해야 한다. |
