| 설명 | 항문-요도 등 관모양기관을 에워싸고 배출을 조절하는 근육. 민무늬근-가로무늬근, 또는 수의근-불수의근으로 인체의 특정 부분의 열기 닫기에 관여하는 고리 모양의 근육을 말하는데, 그 수축과 이완에 의해 개폐작용을 한다. 동공의 수축에 관계하는 동공조임근, 음식물을 위 속에 저장하는 들문조임근과 날문조임근, 항문을 항상 오므리고 있는 속항문조임근과 바깥항문조임근 등이 있다. |

| sphincter oculi | <anatomy> Consists of three portions: orbital part, or external portion, which arises from frontal process of maxilla and nasal process of frontal bone, encircles aperture of orbit, and is inserted near origin; palpebral part, or internal portion, which arises from medial palpebral ligament, passes through each eyelid, and is inserted into lateral palpebral raphe; lacrimal part (tensor tarsi muscle, Duverney's or Horner's muscle) arises from posterior lacrimal crest and passes across lacrimal sac to join palpebral portion; action, closes eye, wrinkles forehead vertically; nerve supply, facial.
