| 설명 | 허파에 입자 물질이 지속적으로 장기간 축적되어 결절성 섬유화를 일으키는 병으로 규소, 석탄가루, 탄소 알갱이 등의 작은 입자(1~5μm)들이 그 원인 물질이다. 주로 탄광에서 일하는 광부에서 발생경향이 높으며, 특별한 치료는 없다. 많이 진행된 경우 호흡부전으로 사망하기도 한다. 현재 직업병으로 분류된다. |

| rheumatoid arthritis, systemic-onset juvenile | Also known as systemic-onset juvenile chronic arthritis. Still's disease presents with systemic (bodywide) illness including high intermittent fever, a salmon-coloured skin rash, swollen lymph glands, enlargement of the liver and spleen, and inflammation of the lungs (pleuritis) and around the heart (pericarditis).
