| 설명 | 선천성-유전성으로 혈액응고인자의 결핍에 의한 병. 선천적으로 출혈하기 쉬운 체질로서, 자발적 또는 가벼운 외상에 의해서도 쉽게 출혈하며, 지혈이 잘 되지 않아 때로는 사망하는 수도 있다. 유전형식은 반성열성유전이며, 혈우병 가족에 속하는 여자에 의하여 그 유전자가 자녀에게 전해지는데, 이 병이 나타나는 것은 거의 남자아이이고, 여자아이에게는 드물게 나타난다. 혈장 속에 존재하는 항혈우병 글로불린이 선천적으로 결여 또는 부족하기 때문에 혈액응고 과정에서 트롬보플라스틴의 출현이 불완전하게 되는 것을 혈우병A라고 한다. 증세는 출생 직후부터 나타나는데, 신생아의 배꼽에서 다량의 출혈을 볼 때가 있다. 많은 경우 보행을 시작할 무렵에 타박이나 손상이 실마리가 되어 발견되는 수가 많다. 그 밖에 칫솔에 의한 잇몸출혈, 발치 후의 출혈, 코점막의 손상 등으로도 쉽게 출혈하여 잘 멎지 않는다. 무릎관절이나 발관절에 종창-동통을 수반하는 혈액관절을 일으키는 수가 많고, 관절의 기형이나 기능장애를 남긴다. 검사에서는 혈액응고 시간이 현저하게 길어지고, 프로트롬빈의 소비가 현저하게 감소되며, 또한 출혈시간도 연장된다. 이와 같은 고전적인 혈우병 외에, 임상적으로 혈우병과 같은 증세를 나타내면서 혈액응고 이상에 약간의 차이가 나는 사례가 보고되어 있다. 즉, 혈우병 B는 트롬보플라스틴 생성에 필요한 인자 중의 제-인자가 결여되어 있는 것이다. 혈우병 C는 제-인자가 결여된 것이고, 이것은 혈우병 A 및 B(크리스마스병)와는 달리 남녀 모두에 보이며, 우성유전을 한다. |

| 설명 | 콩팥실질의 병변으로 인해 야기된 고혈압. 콩팥의 대표적 기능은 노폐물 및 수분의 배설이다. 그런데 이러한 콩팥기능에 이상이 생겼을 경우 체내에 과잉수분의 축적이 발생하게 된다. 이와같은 과잉수분의 축적은 혈관내 정수압을 상승시켜 고혈압을 유발하게 된다. 치료는 원인 콩팥병의 교정이며 이유를 모르는 원발고혈압과 달리 콩팥성고혈압의 경우에는 원인 콩팥병이 교정되면 고혈압도 사라지게 된다. |

| 설명 | 콩팥병을 가지고 있으나 치료가 불가능한 만성콩팥기능상실 등의 질병을 가진 환자의 신장을 떼어내고 환자와 항원성이 유사한 사람의 콩팥을 이식해주는 것. 이 때 서로간의 항원성의 유사점이 많아야 거부반응이 일어나지 않는다. 그리고 일단 콩팥이식을 받은 사람은 오랜기간 동안 면역억제제를 투여하여 거부반응을 줄여야 한다. 대개 이식된 콩팥은 엉덩뼈오목에 위치하게 된다. |

Haemophilia A (classic haemophilia, factor VIII deficiency), an X linked disorder due to deficiency of coagulation factor VIII. 2. | carcinoma, renal cell | Carcinoma of the renal parenchyma usually occurring in middle age or later and composed of tubular cells in varying arrangements. It was first described in 1826. Possible causal factors are environmental, hormonal, cellular, and genetic. Smoking is a definite risk factor and obesity is associated with increased risk.
