| 설명 | 창자, 특히 작은창자가 막히는 것. 창자 막힘에는 기계적인 원인으로 창자가 막혀서 폐쇄된 기계적 막힘증(mechanical ileus)과 창자의 운동이 중지하여 기능적으로 폐쇄된 마비성 막힘증(paralytic ileus) 두 가지가 있다. 창자가 폐쇄되면 수분 및 공기가 축적되어 창자가 확장되고 구토가 일어날 수 있다. 창자 확장으로 인하여 복부내압이 증가되어 호흡에 장애가 오고, 많은 수분이 마비된 창자로 빠져나가서 탈수증이 생긴다. 탈수증이 심한 경우에는 혈액의 양이 모자라서 저혈압이 생길 수도 있다. |
