pseudotumour 1. <oncology> An enlargement of nonneoplastic character which clinically resembles a true neoplasm so closely as to often be mistaken for such.
2. A condition, commonly associated with obesity in young females, of cerebral oedema with narrowed small ventricles but with increased intracranial pressure and frequently papilledema.
Synonym: pseudoneoplasm.
