| 설명 | 국소 발육장애로 뼈의 모든 성분이 나타나나 성숙한 구조로 분화하지는 못하는 병이다. 임상으로 하나의 뼈 혹은 여러개의 뼈를 동시에 침범할 수 있다. 여러뼈 유형은 갈색색소 침착과 내분비 장애를 동반하며 조숙한 성적 발육을 동반한다. 육안소견으로 경계가 뚜렷한 병터로 조직소견으로는 섬유모세포의 증식과 곡선상의 뼈잔기둥으로 구성되어 있는데 뼈잔기둥은 뼈모세포로 덮여있지 않은 무층뼈(woven bone)이다. |

| 설명 | 자궁목이란 자궁이 질과 연결된 부위로 자궁의 입구에 해당하는 부위이다. 이곳은 상피로 둘러쌓여 있다. 상피란 신체의 내부나 외부를 쌓고 있는 조직을 이르는 말로, 이 상피의 아래에는 대개 상피를 지지하고 있는 조직이 존재한다. 그리고 이 지지조직과 상피의 사이에는 기저막이라는 막이 있어서 상피와 지지조직을 구분한다. 자궁경부이형성이란 여러 가지 자극에 의해서 암성변화를 한 자궁상피의 세포가 자궁상피의 일부가 차지하고 있는 경우를 이르는 말이다. 즉 상피의 일부가 암성변화를 한 세포가 메우고 있는 것을 이른다. 이것 자체가 암은 아니지만 전암성 병변이며 이것이 계속 진 행이 되어 자궁상피의 전층을 암세포가 채우게 되면 이것을 상피내암종이라고 부르고 만약 더 진행이 되어서 암세포가 기저막을 뚫고 상피밑의 지지 조직을 침범한다면 이것을 침윤암이라고 부른다.  |

| aphasia, primary progressive | A type of aphasia appearing gradually and gradually worsening without any major change in other cognitive functions. It is regarded by some authors as a syndrome which may be due to various degenerative diseases of the cerebral cortex (notably alzheimer disease, owing to its frequency), while others see in it an autonomous disease related to a neuropathological process that is distinct from the main degenerative dementias. | rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis | <nephrology> A relatively uncommon (affecting 1 out of 10,000 people) form of acute glomerulonephritis that results in damage within the glomerulus of the kidney. There is rapid loss of kidney function with the formation of crescents on microscopic analysis (kidney biopsy). This disorder may result in acute glomerulonephritis or nephrotic syndrome, but ultimately results in renal failure and end-stage renal disease. Symptoms include smoky coloured urine (pyuria), decreased urine output, swelling and hypertension. Any conditions which can cause a vasculitis increase the risk of this disorder. Some examples include lupus, Goodpasture's syndrome, Henoch-Schonlein purpura, IgA nephropathy, membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, anti-glomerular basement membrane antibody disease, history for malignant tumours and exposure to hydrocarbon solvents.
