| 설명 | 위 속의 가스가 식도를 지나 입안에서 반사적으로 소리를 내며 역류하는 현상을 말한다. 공기삼킴증일 때나 탄산음료를 마신 후 또는 위속에 대량의 가스를 생성하는 질환일 때에 호소하는 수가 많다. 그러나 대부분의 가스는 트림에 의해 내뿜어져서 위의 팽만감이 줄어드는 데 비해, 의식적으로 공기를 들어 마셔서 습관적인 트림을 하는 사람이 있는데 이것은 신경질적인 사람에게 많다. 날문협착이나 위신경증의 경우에 많이 나오고, 또 위염-위암-위무력증 등의 경우에도 많이 나온다. 또한 유아에게서 자주 볼 수 있는 것은 유아의 위는 호리병 모양으로 서 있어서 트림이 나오기 쉬운 형태를 하고 있기 때문이다. 유아는 우유를 먹인 후에 등을 가볍게 두드려서 트림을 하는 것이 좋다. |
