| 설명 | 폐를 팽창시키기 위하여 대기압보다 높은 압력을 이용하는 인공호흡법이다. 신생아 무기폐의 치료나 만성 폐쇄성 호흡기 질환의 급성 악화시, 진단을 위한 가래의 배출을 위하여, 또는 약제의 흡입에 사용하고 있다. 합병증으로 공기가슴증이나 심박출량의 감소가 올 수 있다. |

| Ramsden eyepiece | <microscopy> An ocular consisting of two plano-convex lenses with the plane side of the lower lens nearer the objective. The focal plane is outside the system, hence it is of the positive type with the diaphragm below the lenses. While this eyepiece gives a somewhat flatter field than the Huygenian and for this reason has been used in the past for micrometre oculars, the colour correction is poor with the formation of colour fringes around the object. | CD4-positive T-lymphocytes | A critical subpopulation of regulatory T-lymphocytes involved in the induction of most immunological functions. The HIV virus has selective tropism for the t4 cell which expresses the CD4 phenotypic marker, a receptor for HIV. In fact, the key element in the profound immunosuppression seen in HIV infection is the depletion of this subset of T-lymphocytes, which includes both the helper-inducer (T-lymphocytes, helper-inducer) and suppressor-inducer (T-lymphocytes, suppressor-inducer) T-cells.
