| 설명 | 적혈구를 응집시키는 물질을 통틀어 이르는 말. 응집하는 세포에 따라 분류된다. 즉 자가(동일개체의 세포), 이종(다른 종류의 개체의 세포), 동종(같은 종류의 다른 개체의 세포). 어떤 혈구응집소는 0.85% 식염수에 부유시킨 적혈구에 대해서도 유효하나 다른 것은 친수성 콜로이드(예컨대 알부민, 섬유소원)를 가하거나 단백분해효소로 적혈구가 처리되어야만 유효하다. |
