| 설명 | 전기운동적 현상의 하나로서 전장에서 양극이나 음극으로 향하는 입자의 운동을 이용하여 물질의 분석이나 정량에 이용하는 방법. 용액 속에서 전극에 전압을 가하면 그 입자가 음성 전기를 띠고 있으면 양극으로, 그리고 양성 전기를 띠고 있으면 음극으로 전기의 힘을 받아서 이동이 된다. 이동하는 모양도 입자의 형태나 크기에 따라 다르므로 단백질의 분석에 이용될 수가 있다. 이동속도는 입자자체의 전하 및 크기, 분자구조를 비롯하여 용매의 종류, 지지체 물질과의 상호작용, 온도 등에 의해 영향을 받게 된다. 전기이동은 이동도의 차이에 의해서 물질의 분리, 정제, 확인, 순도의 검정 등을 시행하는 것이다. |

Fly paper, paper covered with a sticky preparation, used for catching flies. Laid paper. See Laid. <botany> Paper birch, any wasp which makes a nest of paperlike material, as the yellow jacket. Paper weight, any object used as a weight to prevent loose papers from being displaced by wind, or otherwise. Parchment paper. See Papyrine. Tissue paper, thin, gauzelike paper, such as is used to protect engravings in books. Wall paper. Same as Paper hangings, above.
