| 설명 | 손으로 만져보는 것. 진찰에서 꼭 해보야 하는 것으로 다음과 같은 것이 있다. 먼저 환자의 병력을 물어 보아야 하며, 이상부위를 촉진해 보아야 하며, 그 부위를 타진해 보고, 또한 청진해 보아야 한다. 이런 문진(history taking), 촉진(palpation), 타진(percussion), 청진(auscultation)은 의사의 기본적인 4가지 진단 수기이다. |
