| 설명 | 1. 머리뼈내의 단단한 뼈로 구성된 공동을 말하며, 눈알-눈확지방-눈밖근-시간신경과 여러 가지 혈관-신경-섬유조직 등이 들어있다. 이와 같은 구조는 눈알이 회전하는 위치에서 잘 고정되어 있도록 해준다. 2. 궤도. 중력장 또는 전자기장 등에서 물체가 운동하는 일정한 길. 경로라고도 한다. 기준좌표계에 따라서 다르게 서술되기도 하며 좁은 의미로는 주기 운동을 하는 물체가 그리는 운동궤적인 폐곡선을 궤도라 하기도 한다. |

| 설명 | 이 자세는 여러 가지 경우에 사용되어 지는데, 예를 들어 한쪽 폐에 물이 찬 경우에 그냥 보통 서서 찍는 X-선 사진 기술로는 잘 나오지 않는 경우가 많다. 이럴 때, 옆으로 누운 자세로 한쪽으로 물이 고이도록 한 상태에서 촬영을 할 경우엔 이 병적인 상태를 명확히 볼 수 있다. 때로는 만삭이 된 임산부가 바로 누워 있을 경우 태아에 의해 혈관이 눌려 실신하는 경우가 있는 데 이럴 경우에도 이 “옆으로 눕는 자세”를 하면 금방 회복될 수 있다. |

| margin of orbit | The mostly sharp edge of the orbital opening which is the peripheral border of the base of the pyramid-shaped orbit. The superior half of the orbital rim is the supraorbital margin; the inferior half is the infraorbital margin. | banana orbit | <radiobiology> In a toroidal magnetic geometry, the fast spiraling of a charged particle around a magnetic field line is accompanied by a slow movement (drift) of the centre of the sprial.
