Kennedy's disease <neurology> An X-linked recessive disorder characterised by progressive spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy; associated features include distal degeneration of sensory axons, and signs of endocrine dysfunction, including diabetes mellitus, gynaecomastia, and testicular atrophy.
Inheritance: X-linked recessive.
