| 설명 | 전체 혈액에 대한 적혈구의용량비. 혈장응고제를 혼합한 혈액을 방치 혹은 원심분리하면 침전한 혈구와 위에 맑게 뜬 혈장부분으로 나뉜다. 이 혈구와 혈장이 차지하는 부피의 비를 말하는 것으로, 건강한 사람은 대부분 일정하지만, 빈혈인 경우에는 그 정도에 따라 혈구부분이 감소하기 때문에 혈구와 혈장의 비율인 적혈구용적률 치수는 빈혈의 지표가 된다. 측정방법은 윈트로브법, 고속원심기로 하는 모세관법 등이 있으며, 정상치는 남성 39~52%, 여성 34~48%이다. |
