| 설명 | 포도막은 홍채, 섬모체, 맥락막의 3배로 이루어지며, 혈관에 풍부한 조직이기 때문에 염증이 많이 나타난다. 포도막 전체에 염증을 일으킨 경우는 전포도막염이라고 칭하나, 전부(홍채섬모체염), 후부포도막염(맥락막염)으로서 나타난다. 원인에는 외상, 수술 등에 의한 외인성과 사르코이드증, 결핵, 매독, 베체트병 등 내인성의 것이 있다. |
