| 설명 | 흉벽이나 식도-기관내의 더듬자로부터 초음파를 발생시켜 심장, 대혈관의 형태, 동태를 기록하는 진단법이다. 비관혈적으로 실시간에 있어서의 심근의 기능, 펌프 기능의 평가에 쓰인다. 측정방식에 A 모드, B 모드, M 모드가 있다. 거의 모든 심장병이 대상이 되며 판막, 심실벽, 대동맥 등의 움직임이 각각의 특징적인 형태로 나타난다. |
