a benign, solitary, whitish, hard nodule with a central nonulcerated depression, usually occurring on the face in young to middle-aged women and characterized by strands of basaloid cells and epidermal cysts infiltrating fibrotic stroma. Called also sclerosing epithelial hamartoma.
