| 설명 | 고환과 그 부속기관을 담고 있는 주머니를 말한다. 남성의 샅고랑에 위치하고 있으며, 이곳을 통해 탈장(창자가 배밖으로 나오는 것)이 일어난다. 대개 어린나이에 발생하는 경우, 음낭수종(음낭에 물이 차는 병)과 탈장(음낭안에 장이 내려와 있다)을 감별하여야 한다. |

| bifid uvula | The uvula, the little V-shaped fleshy mass hanging from the back of the soft palate, is cleft or split. Persons with a cleft uvula should not have their adenoids removed because, without the adenoids, they cannot achieve proper closure between the soft palate and pharynx while speaking and develop hypernasal speech.
