Becker's n. a nevus occurring mostly in males in the second to third decade of life consisting of epidermal melanosis, presenting as segmental, uniform, light hyperpigmentation, followed several years later by the growth of long dark hairs from the lesions; the lesions usually have the same pattern of distribution as those of nevus unius lateris (q.v.).
