| 설명 | 피 속에 렙토스피라가 펴져 주로 간, 콩팥, 중추신경계에 기생하여 일으키는 병을 통틀어 이르는 말. 이 병은 개, 돼지, 설치류 동물로부터 사람에게 전파되기도 하고, 늪, 수도, 연못 등의 오염된 물에 접촉함으로써 감염되기도 한다. 모든 병원성 렙토스피라는 림프구성 수막염, 간염, 콩팥염을 단독 또는 합병하여 일으킬 수 있다. 수막염, 열성 질환 또는 간염의 유행병은 발병되는 지역 또는 렙토스피라의 종류에 따라서 이름이 지어지며, 병원체와 임상증상과의 관계를 나타낸다. |
