angiokeratoma corporis diffusum Fabry's disease. X-linked recessive inheritance. Caused by accumulation of triglycosylceramide in blood vessels and autonomic nervous system.

angiokeratoma a discrete, pink to red telangiectasia having a tendency to undergo secondary epithelial changes, including acanthosis and hyperkeratosis. An underlying vascular abnormality is present in many cases. Called also angiokeratosis and telangiectatic wart.
