| 설명 | 잠을 이루지 못하는 일. 불면증은 습관적 만성을 이르는 말이다. 짧고 단속적인 수면, 얕은 수면, 꿈을 많이 꾸는 수면 등 수면의 길이나 질이 문제가 되나, 실제로는 불면이 아닌데 불면으로 생각하는 신경증으로서의 불면증도 상당히 많다. 따라서 이와 같은 증세에 시달리는 사람은 항상 수면 부족을 호소하게 된다. |
