| 설명 | 척추동물과 사람 사이에 자연히 이행하는 질병 또는 감염을 말한다. 현재 알려져 있는 인수공통전염병은 200종에 이른다. 임상상 중요하다고 생각되는 것은 세균에 관해서는 소, 염소, 양으로부터의 브루셀라증, 탄저, 리스테리아증, 소, 돼지, 닭으로부터의 살모넬라증 등의 감염증이 있다. 또한 원충에 관해서는 고양이, 가축, 비둘기 등으로부터의 톡소포자충증, 설치류가 갖는 폐포자충에 의한 폐렴, 진균에 관해서는 야생 설치류로부터의 콕시디오이데스증, 개, 고양이로부터의 크립토콕쿠스증, 조류로부터의 아스페르길루스증 등이 있다. 동물로부터의 감염에 관해서는 때때로 절족동물이 매개동물로서 첨가될 때도 있다. |
