| 설명 | 질의 국소적 감각과민의 결과 일어나는 통증성 경련으로, 발생부위가 질 입구부, 구해면체근 또는 항문올림근에 있느냐에 의해서 얇은 부 및 깊은 부 질경련으로 구별한다. 이 경우 거의 대부분이 성교 불능이 된다. 흔하지는 않지만 신경과민한 여성에게 많고, 성교를 극도로 두려워하거나 최초의 성교에서 난폭한 취급을 당하였기 때문에 받은 공포감이나 혐오감 등이 원인이 될 때가 많다. 드물게는 처녀막이 지나치게 강인하거나 질의 발육부전 및 질구 부근의 염증 등이 원인이 될 때도 있다. 치료는 정신요법외에, 진정제를 쓰거나 질구확장술이나 처녀막절개술 등을 행한다. |
