| 설명 | 남성호르몬은 뇌하수체의 황체호르몬의 조절에 의해, 고환의 사이질세포에서 분비된다. 콜레스테롤을 재료로 하여 합성되는 스테로이드 호르몬으로서 테스토스테론은 그 중 작용이 가장 강한 대표적 남성호르몬이다. 혈중에서 성호르몬 결합단백질인 알부민 등과 결합하여 운반된다. 작용은 남성화 작용으로서 성기주위의 체모의 분포, 음성의 변화, 여드름 등의 이차성특징을 유발하고 체단백생성을 증가시키는 단백합성작용도 있다. |
