Stargardt's disease the most common form of inherited juvenile macular degeneration, characterized by development of irregularly-shaped yellowish-white flecks or spots in the macula area. Stargardt's disease Hereditary condition in which central vision is slowly lost. Similar to macular degeneration but occurs in children and teens. No treatment is helpful.
