a myeloblast seen in a type of acute myelogenous leukemia (Rieder's cell leukemia) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia; it has a nucleus with wide and deep indentations suggesting lobulation, which may represent asynchronism of nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation. Called also Rieder's lymphocyte.
