Prozac (Fluoxetine) SSRI Inhibits uptake of 5HT but not of NA. Antagonism of muscarinic, histaminergic and a -adrenergic receptors has been hypothesised to be associated with various anti-cholinergic, sedative and cardiovascular effects of classical tricyclic drugs.
